We’ll look through a different lens that views  relationships that are centred on trust, rather than people being a problem to fix.

Exploring how our bias and assumptions on the basis of different social identities creates barriers and obstacles for others. 

Especially for those who experience compounding identities at the intersection of gender, race, age, sexuality, class, disability etc.

Become a better ally

Step into the shoes of someone else as they navigate workplace interactions where you’ll learn how to:

  • Shift perspective and build empathy for others 
  • Challenge your assumptions 
  • Interrupt your default behaviours
  • Practice more inclusive conversations

This starts with taking reframing a common default from:

How can I fix this problem? to

How might I be contributing to this problem?

We’ll then meet in guided group workshops to explore how to shift power dynamics and become better allies.
